You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed software whose seal has been removed after delivery.
- Repair services performed at the express request of the consumer at the consumer's premises.
